We’re looking for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary expertise in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your food industry skills while contributing to a dynamic kitchen atmosphere.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards

Cook food items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations

Assist with menu planning and daily prep work to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures

Support catering events and special functions with meal preparation and serving assistance

Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 17 years old

Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including kitchen tool proficiency

Experience in food handling, safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness standards

Background in restaurant or food service environments a plus

Knowledge of menu planning and culinary techniques preferred

Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions accurately

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
