Journey Consultant

As a Journey Consultant, you will work directly with clients to design customized travel experiences—from relaxing getaways to once-in-a-lifetime adventures—while providing exceptional service every step of the way.

️ What You’ll Do:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets

• Research, plan, and book customized travel itineraries (flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and more)

• Provide expert recommendations, travel tips, and destination insights

• Manage bookings, changes, and client communications professionally and efficiently

• Build long-term relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with excellent time management

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Passion for travel (experience in travel planning is a plus, but not required)
