This is a full-time, direct placement for E-MC Electrical, Inc.

About the Role:

E-MC Electrical is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician with 15+ years of commercial electrical experience to support a corporate client in the pharmaceutical industry. This on-site role involves moves, adds, and changes (MAC work) within a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will be state-licensed as a Journeyman Electrician, have a clean background, and be drug-free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site at a pharmaceutical facility.
• Handle moves, adds, and changes (MAC work) to support facility modifications and equipment upgrades.
• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, and control systems while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Work closely with facility managers and engineering teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service requests.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and ensure proper documentation for audits.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols in accordance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Requirements

• State-licensed Journeyman Electrician (Texas).
• 15+ years of commercial electrical experience (pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries preferred).
• Strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility electrical upgrades.
• Experience with moves, adds, and changes (MAC work) in corporate environments.
• Ability to work independently and effectively troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Clean background check and drug-free (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and NEC electrical safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with facility management teams.
• Valid driver's license (company vehicle may be provided for the right candidate).
