We are currently hiring an experienced Electrician who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the setup and maintenance of electrical infrastructure. This includes the installation of electrical wiring in buildings and poles, troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and blackouts, and performing repairs on appliances.

Responsibilities

RESIDENTIAL:

Install and repair electrical fixtures.

install sub panels, lighting, wiring to plugs, switches, and 3-way switching.

COMMERCIAL:

Commercial conduit bending, knowledge of 3-phase and single-phase wiring.

Troubleshoot electrical wiring.

Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.

Adhere to all quality and safety codes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years experience as an electrician is required

Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician

Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems

Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints

Experience using voltage up to 480 V.

Knowledge of AFCI, GFCI, plug and breaker locations.

Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields.

Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools.

Compensation: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour
