Salary:
$75,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and efficiently, meeting industry standards.
- Lead and mentor apprentice electricians, providing guidance on installations and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.
- Oversee material allocation for projects, ensuring teams have the necessary resources.
- Conduct system testing and inspections to confirm proper operation.
Qualifications:
You’re the perfect candidate if you:
✔ Hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license (required).
✔ Have experience working with solar energy systems (preferred but not required).
✔ Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
✔ Have full mobility to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting for prolonged periods.
✔ Can lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work at heights of 20 feet or more.
✔ Are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
✔ Are willing to submit to a driving, drug, and criminal background check.
