Journeyman Electrician – Immediate Start

Commercial Project – New Braunfels, TX
GMEA Electrical Services is currently hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician for an immediate start on a commercial project at Costco in New Braunfels.

We’re looking for skilled electricians with strong commercial experience who can work independently and help lead on-site crews.

💲 Pay

• $35–$45 per hour

• Based on experience and licensing

• Weekly pay
• Per diem offered for traveling 50+ miles 

🕒 Schedule

• Monday – Saturday

• 10-hour days

• Overtime potential
  
   

  🔧 Responsibilities

• Install, bend, and run EMT and other conduit systems

• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings

• Install panels, switchgear, and distribution equipment

• Pull and terminate feeders and branch circuits

• Troubleshoot and ensure work meets NEC and local code

• Maintain high safety standards on a commercial job site
  
   

  ✅ Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Texas preferred if required)

• Strong commercial electrical experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience on large commercial builds preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and punctuality
