Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Following a system developed to produce successful painting projects
- Properly preparing surfaces before applying primers and finishes
- Protecting unpainted surfaces using professional techniques
- Use fillers like painters putty, Bondo, glazing, plaster & epoxy wood filler to achieve a uniform surface
- Adhering to workplace safety rules
- Collaborating efficiently with crew members and company associates
- Maintaining cleanliness and regular maintenance of job sites, tools, and vehicles
- Professional communication with customers, employees, and subcontractors
- Accurate maintenance of timesheets and job site tracking forms.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
- Hold a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

- Excel in all Journeymen painting skills (Prepping, Brushing, Rolling, and spraying)

- Possess a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, always seeking new opportunities and solutions
