The Role: Excellence in Every Stroke

As a Journeyman Painter, you are the backbone of our "Painting Done Right" promise. Your expertise ensures that every project meets our high standards from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:

• Precision Preparation: Protecting client property with appropriate coverings and preparing surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections for a flawless base.

• Expert Application: Applying correct paint coverage to clean surfaces, consistently achieving a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.

• Site Management: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the duration of the project.

• Efficiency & Quality: Completing projects within allotted productivity timelines without compromising on the details.

• Safety First: Strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols to protect yourself, the team, and the client.
