What We’re Looking for!

We’re looking for exceptional Journeyman Plumbers who can deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experience in residential plumbing repair and installation. We want employees who want to be part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure the desired sales metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Provide 5-Star Service
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Mentor and guide apprentices to foster their skills
• Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business

What We Need

• Valid Minnesota plumbing license and relevant certifications
• Friendly attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Alignment with our company’s faith and freedom-based values

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & motor vehicle check

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Enjoy competitive hourly pay of $45 to $55/hr. (Depending on skills and experience) Plus commissions!
