Emerge Home Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to run Service & Sales Leads. This position involves diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and driving to jobs that are about an hour away. It will offer a wide variety of work! Workflow: After being Dispatched to a call, we expect a Lead Plumber to be able to ask the right questions, explain the right things, and provide the right solutions – all while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Full-Time Position (4x10s)
• Residential Retrofit Service/Sales/Installs
• Add-On System Integrations
• Full Home Re-Pipes
• Lead and Train an Apprentice
• Work in Attics, Crawlspaces & Confined Areas
• Follow Proven Emerge Systems

• $45–$65/hr based on experience
• Performance-Based Bonus (5% of Job Profit)

• 2+ years Plumbing Experience
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver’s License
• Able to Pass Background Check & Drug Test
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficient with Technology
• Strong Troubleshooting and Mechanical/Construction Knowledge
