Service Plumber Description:
1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing company that provides services to both commercial and residential properties.

We are looking for top level service plumbers who want a career, not a job!

We are seeking customer service-oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! We are looking for a licensed plumber who holds a Journeyman License. Must be willing to undergo background check.

Qualifications:

Servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and commercial plumbing systems

Must hold valid Journeyman's license

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $30,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job including lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces

Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below

Responsibilities:

Use of Service Titan software to estimate residential and commercial repairs

Ability to manage plumbing projects through entire lifecycle: plan, budget, organize, and fully repair to customer satisfaction in timely manner

Ability to recognize and solve problems independently.

Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community

Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle

Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies

1-Tom-Plumber is a 24/7/365 emergency service commercial focused plumbing franchise that bolts onto water restoration companies. We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself.
