Journeyman/Master Plumber (Safety Sensitive Position)

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls


• Read blueprints and specs to plan layouts


• Perform commercial and residential underground slab work


• Complete work orders efficiently using our service platform (FieldPulse)


• Mentor apprentices and uphold Mac Mechanical’s standards of quality


• Ensure workplace and job site safety at all times


• Respond to emergency calls as needed

What You Bring

• Valid Arkansas driver's license required


• Current Journeyman or Master Plumber license required


• Strong knowledge of Arkansas plumbing and gas codes


• Experience in commercial and residential underground slab work


• Ability to work independently and efficiently


• Proficiency with technology (iPad, mobile apps, service software)


• Strong communication, decision-making, and customer service skills


• Able to lift, push and/or pull 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying condition
  


• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check and physical
