Proven verbal / written communication skills 
Strong organization skills. 
Experience using Microsoft Project 
Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 
Experience using Microsoft Visio 
Experience with general relational database concepts 
Experience with Web-based user interface design 
Knowledge of public assistance program rules and objectives.
