Jr. Controller / Staff Accountant

Description

We are searching for a detail-driven professional with experience in managing financials in a hospitality organization, short-term rental industry a plus but not required. This person will assist on both the rental operations as well as the HOA side of the business. Be able to implement policies and procedures for financial reporting. Maintain open communication with CEO and department heads regarding financial results and ensure everyone is aware of risks and opportunities identified.
