JR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and content teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website banners, and brochures.

- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.

- Create and edit images, graphics, and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite.

- Assist with the production and editing of videos for promotional and educational purposes.

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual materials.

- Manage and organize design files and assets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
