Jr Marketing Finance Support Specialist (Remote)

$35hr (Weekly pay + benefits)

6 month contract (Excellent potential for extension)

Full-time: M-F 8am-5pm

Our client is a cloud security company. They offer enterprise cloud security services for the worlds most established companies. They are lookingJr Marketing Budget Support Specialistto join their team. You will be responsible for supporting, via strong project management, marketing Co-Op fund management and reporting with companys Global Partner Ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

An understanding of channel partner marketing and selling processes

Demonstrated success of project managing partner Co-Op/MDF Funds

Comfortable creating, processing and executing campaign creation in tools such as SFDC.

the management of the Co-Op program and platform

management of the Co-Op requests and approvals process

Partner Marketing Budget management and PO Entry

global best practices for Proof of Performance

of critical claiming deadlines

budget tracking in Google, Next Generation Platform & Excel daily

with internal & external key stakeholders to ensure Co-Op meets mandatory compliance guidelines globally

Key Job Requirements:

2-10 years Supporting B2B Channel Marketing Teams within a Global company

Ability to support marketing teams with administrative, budgets and accounting tasks

Experience with Salesforce

Experience working with teams and deadlines in a global/international environment

Previous experience working for a Tech company is a plus

Experience or some exposure with finance and accounting duties is a plus

Experience with Netsuite, Coupa or similar software

Must have experience with external business to business customer facing role

Interest or experience in supporting Co-Op accounting duties (manage PO requests, create PO for campaigns, track on planner)

Interested in supporting with MDF Funds (Marketing development funds)

Must have worked in a role that requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Self-Motivated, self-starter, can hit the ground running and able to go above and beyond; Comfort with making crucial decisions quickly and resolutely, with independence

Ability to support budget tracking for campaigns

Comfortable with prioritizing directives and requests from many teams and managing these requests

Basic Excel experience (Able to import reports)

Proven organizational and project management skills and an ability to set up workflow systems and processes
