Jr Project Manager, Full Time, First Shift

The Junior Project Manager will operate as an entry level position allowing the employee to gain experience in hands on work across the PMO. Primary responsibilities will be in assisting managing and supervising administrative, technical, and financial aspects of assigned projects from start to finish. This role will work alongside our Portfolio, Program, and Project managers to gain knowledge in different areas

This role supports the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives by assisting project managers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This role contributes to multiple projects utilizing a variety of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks while ensuring effective communication, documentation, and coordination from project intake through implementation.

Responsibilities include assisting with project scoping, gathering business requirements, maintaining project documentation, tracking project performance metrics, and supporting routine reporting aligned with departmental and organizational key performance indicators (KPIs). The role also participates in budget tracking, resource planning, risk identification, and compliance activities to help ensure projects meet healthcare regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

This role actively supports a culture of continuous improvement by staying current on healthcare industry trends, project management best practices, and emerging delivery methodologies while contributing to process improvements that enhance project outcomes and organizational success.

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree preferred 
• Strong interest in project management
• An academic level of written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced self-directed environment with clear deadlines
• High computer literacy
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
