Jr. Quality Management Services Coordinator

Description

• Performing customer contract review to ensure accuracy and compliance to Bisco policies and customer requirements.
• Completing customer quality assessment survey’s
• Collaborate in performing supplier assessments and provide approval or request alternative action when appropriate.
• Assisting in planning and organizing audit processes with customers, suppliers, and industry regulators.
• Minimal traveling to assist in audit processes and onsite inspection activities.
• Reviewing of vendor documents for compliance and accuracy
• Support senior management with assigned special projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment.
• Problem solving using quality improvement techniques, include management and planning tools, and preventative / corrective actions requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effectively manage one's time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight while meeting deadlines and commitments.
• Experience in an aerospace, electronic, electrical or industries business market is preferred, but not required.
• Ideal candidate will have experience with quality management systems, particularly with ISO9001, AS9100, and specialized training or certifications.
• 1-2years’ experience with QMS auditing, AS9100 standards is preferred.
• Must be willing to complete a background check.
