Key Responsibilities
- Identify business process inefficiencies and recommend automation or system improvements
- Design, configure, and implement solutions using modern enterprise development tools
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
- Collaborate within a small, cross-functional team to meet strict project deadlines
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within a growing organization
Required Qualifications
- Exposure to modern development languages such as JavaScript, C#/.NET, Python, or similar
- Familiarity with database design and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clean background and professional presentation
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as CRM systems, workflow automation tools, business intelligence solutions, or collaboration platforms
- Experience working within Microsoft-centric technical environments
- Background in both development and business process analysis
Education & Experience
- Degree in a computer-related field preferred, or minimum of two years of experience in a Microsoft-heavy technical environment
