Jr Superintendent - Construction

REDCOM, LLC is a Design/Build Construction firm seeking a Junior Construction Superintendent to join our growing team of Field Superintendents. 

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities include:

Assist the Site Superintendent in daily operations of the project, including but not limited to:

• Daily Site Safety inspections of equipment.


• Daily Procore log entries.


• Communicating with Sub-Contractors.


• Enforcing OSHA Safety Standards.

Essential Duties & Tasks

• Working with the team with a positive and proactive attitude.


• Continually working with the Superintendent to learn means and methods of construction


• Support the maintenance of a safe, secure environment by following and enforcing Redcom Standards.


• Awareness of priorities and deadlines.

Desired skills and attributes

Minimum OSHA 10 certification

College Degree preferred, but not required

Proficiency in using standard Microsoft Office software and technology
