CFS Technology has been contacted by a longtime client that has a long term need for a talented Jr. Systems Administrator.

This is a unique position working alongside a tight knit team. Each day will be different as you work alongside with others and solo to assist your clients in their IT needs.

Jr. System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Provide white glove service to end users covering a variety of issues
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues at a high level
• Act as the primary contact for help desk tickets and other requests via phone or email
• Monitor company servers while providing onsite and remote troubleshooting
• Manage Microsoft environment including, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, Etc
• Setup, and manage VoIP equipment
• Setup and tear down workstations, as needed
• Assist with firm wide IT projects, as needed

Jr. Systems Administrator

Requirements:

• In-Depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems 10 and up, newer version experience is a plus
• Knowledgeable of Windows Servers, can troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
• Manage, update, and maintain Microsoft and windows equipment
• 2 years of working experience on Windows devices
• 2 years of professional experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of file share permissions and has strong documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and can assist non-technical employees with issues
• Strong root cause troubleshooting skills

Jr. Systems Administrator

Required Education/Environment Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or greater in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4 Year College Degree is required
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a hands-on technical position
• 1-2 years of experience working with Law Firms, required
• 40 Hour work weeks, Typically 9am-5pm, occasionally on-call
• Willing to work both onsite and remotely
