Juice - Bilingual Line Leader

OVERVIEW:  The Juice- Bilingual Line Leader is a role that contributes to all production related areas and functions within the juice operation. This role encompasses hands on production duties, as well as daily administrative duties for process control and record keeping. Additionally, this role has potential for team leadership opportunities. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS: 

• Operating all production related equipment (Press, Pasteurizer, Filler and Bottling Line) and completing/maintaining process related documentation to support these operations. 
• Prepare produce for processing 
• Load ingredients into the mixer following the product recipe, procedures and guidelines to complete continuous batches 
• Work with Maintenance Department to help troubleshooting the machine 
• Assists in Monitoring raw material and packaging inventories to ensure adequate supply and freshness (rotation) to support production requirements. 
• Demonstrate efficient communication skills with all levels of organization to ensure order-fill process. 
• Empty all trash and other waste that is created 
• Assist in retrieving product for production daily 
• Taking pH and Brix reading of the juice 
• Programming inkjet printer for labeling 
• Printing labels for cases of juice 
• Ensuring counts of raw materials used and continuing these counts to finished product 
• Paper repacks of juice being created 
• Picking orders for sales orders 
• Assisting in monitoring finished product inventory and rotations 
• Keep production and packaging areas clean and tidy  
• Work with Manager on all tasks deemed necessary
