Join our team as a Breakfast Server and help guests start their day with exceptional service and genuine hospitality. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests each morning, ensuring they enjoy a warm, inviting, and seamless breakfast experience. From recommending menu favorites to providing attentive and efficient service, you'll play an important role in creating lasting first impressions.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide exceptional service throughout their breakfast experience.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable recommendations on breakfast food and beverage offerings.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen.
  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Refill coffee, beverages, and other breakfast items as needed while anticipating guest needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
  • Process guest payments accurately and follow all cash handling procedures.
  • Work closely with the culinary team and fellow servers to ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and dietary accommodations.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.

Qualifications






  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six months to one year serving experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time 
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
