Junior Account Executive

As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll represent nonprofit organizations at live events, connect with community members face-to-face, and help drive meaningful change through fundraising and public education.

Responsibilities:

• Promote nonprofit partners through in-person event marketing and outreach

• Build rapport with potential donors and supporters at local events

• Communicate campaign goals, missions, and impact clearly and effectively

• Track donor interactions and provide feedback on campaign performance

• Collaborate with team members to plan, execute, and improve outreach strategies

• Participate in ongoing training to develop leadership, sales, and marketing skills

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Highly motivated, with a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment

• Open to coaching and eager to learn

• Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability

• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required
