Junior Account Executive

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in sales, client acquisition, and account management.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales cycle, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth. You’ll receive hands-on training in lead generation, sales strategy, and client engagement, with clear opportunities for advancement into senior sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales and business development opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and accounts
• Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
• Conduct sales presentations and communicate product/service value to clients
• Support contract negotiations and closing processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and revenue goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong interest in sales, account management, and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
