Responsibilities for the Junior Account Executive:
Foster and cultivate robust relationships with current clientele, acting as their main contact for inquiries, orders, and issues.
Spot opportunities for additional sales by suggesting complementary or upgraded items to current clients, while also seeking out and welcoming new clients to expand our market reach.
Restructure and execute strategic account strategies aimed at maximizing sales revenue and hitting growth objectives.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products encompassing materials, designs, and customization choices, to effectively guide clients and fulfill their preferences.
Manage the logistical aspects of order processing, shipping, and delivery, ensuring precise and punctual handling of client orders.
Offer swift and courteous support to clients, handling queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a satisfying purchasing journey.
Qualifications of the Junior Account Executive:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in sales, account management, or client relations, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
Proven sales expertise with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
Exceptional organizational prowess and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
Openness to occasional travel for client meetings and industry functions.
Salary:
$20 to $23 per hour
