Junior Account Executive - Business Capital Salary + Commission + Bonuses

Excel Capital Management is looking for an Junior Account Executive to join our thriving sales force. They will have the opportunity to jump-start their career in finance while working one-on-one with our top producing senior sales manager. Our ideal candidate needs to be a go-getter who is comfortable speaking with prospective clients and introducing our company and the products we offer.

This is a full time position with great potential for growth and to earn at least $100k in the first 12 months. We are a team of elite closers who have the drive to teach others the trade. Excel Capital Management believes in treating our reps right that not short changing is the best policy. We strive to deliver 100% of the time. No shortcuts.

We seek individuals who:

• Have a minimum of 6 months sales Experience in the following:
• Experience in Banking, Financial Sales, Equipment leasing, Factoring, Merchant Cash Advance, Mortgage Sales, Car Sales, Insurance Sales, and/or Marketing ( a huge + but not mandatory ).
• Ability to make at least 300-500 calls a day (on a dialer)
• Are energetic and driven
• Love a challenge and don’t accept no for an answer
• Have an Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on personal growth and achievement
• Possess a Team oriented mentality
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Hard working, highly motivated and punctual
