Junior Account Managers Are Expected To:

• Build genuine connections with community members while introducing Lifeline’s essential services at local community events and partnered retailers
• Communicate program details with clarity and compassion during the sales consult, making sure every interaction empowers the individual 
• Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy, eligibility verification, and respectful service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lifeline regulations and represent the program with integrity
• Keep organized records of outreach efforts, applications, and follow-ups using mobile or web-based tools
• Serve as a consistent and trustworthy resource for individuals seeking assistance
• Collaborate with other Junior Account Managers to improve outreach strategies and maximize impact
• Attend community events and local engagement opportunities to increase visibility and reach underserved populations

Junior Account Managers Should Possess:
