We are seeking a motivated, commercially-minded Junior Account Manager to join our expanding team in the heart of New York City. This is a high-impact role designed for a professional who thrives on relationship-building and is eager to manage a diverse portfolio of B2B clients.
As a Junior Account Manager, you won’t just be "supporting"—you’ll be gaining direct exposure to business strategy, account retention, and project delivery. If you are detail-oriented and ready to take ownership of client satisfaction, this role offers a clear trajectory toward a Senior Account Management career.
Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and partnership growth.
Account Support: Assist Senior Account Managers in executing account strategies and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Project Coordination: Liaise between internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure client deliverables are met on time and exceed quality standards.
Data & Reporting: Monitor account health and performance metrics; prepare monthly or quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to provide actionable insights to clients.
Strategic Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services that align with client business objectives.
CRM Maintenance: Ensure all client interactions, updates, and pipelines are accurately reflected in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently to stakeholders.
Organizational Excellence: A proven ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and client requests without losing sight of the details.
Commercial Acumen: A basic understanding of B2B business models and a "problem-solver" mindset.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or a fast-paced professional services environment is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Career Growth: A structured path to Senior Account Management with mentorship from industry leaders.
Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based incentives and bonuses.
Comprehensive Benefits: 401(k) matching, premium health insurance, and generous PTO.
Dynamic Culture: A collaborative, NYC-based office environment with regular team-building and professional development workshops.
