Junior Account Manager (Leasing)

Join our team as a Junior Account Manager!

The Leasing team is expanding business and improving services to our customers and partners. We are looking for Junior Account Manager who will be responsible for proactively communicating with customers and leasing vendor partners regarding the leasing product sales process, document collection, and preparation of leasing offers for customers and vendor partners.

What You Will Do:

•  Proactive communication with customers and Leasing vendor partners regarding Leasing product sales


• Contribute in daily duties in sales of Leasing product with high quality and efficiency


• Execute tasks according to defined process descriptions


• Cooperate and assist other teams and/or within the team in troubleshooting/resolving tasks


• Ensure proper handling of customer related documents and quality 


• Collect and insert information and documents related to customers, assets and transactions to the systems, prepare offers, screen information


• Follow up of customers’ application process
  


• Ensure data quality and insert data into systems accordingly to existing quality standards, processes and procedures

What We Expect: 

• Knowledge of the Leasing products, processes and IT systems

• Detail oriented, accurate and prioritization skills


• Cooperation & Communication skills


• Preferably, candidates should have completed or be currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, or business management
  


• Professional MS Office skills


• Fluency in Lithuanian and English language is required in spoken and written communication.
