Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop strong client relationships. You will play a key role in supporting account management efforts, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client communications and project coordination

• Maintain accurate records of client accounts, updates, and reports

• Monitor project progress and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

• Provide support during client meetings and prepare relevant documentation

• Address client inquiries with professionalism and in a timely manner

• Help identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
