As a Junior Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team by assisting with client communications, managing project timelines, and ensuring that our clients’ needs are met efficiently and effectively.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and communications.


• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.


• Prepare and present reports on client performance and account metrics.


• Help resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely manner.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM system.


• Participate in team meetings to discuss account strategies and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and time management abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.


• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
