Requirements

Emerging Talent (Core Strength, Breadth, Ownership Learning Curve, High Drive)

This person must have: Strong working knowledge of general ledger accounting, month-end close, and reconciliations. The ability to prioritize and multitask across different subsidiaries, each with unique workflows and business models. but still developing in terms of speed, exposure, and confidence. Solid technical skills in Excel and accounting systems (NetSuite or similar). The ability to communicate clearly, flag issues early, and collaborate effectively with both local teams and corporate finance.

They should bring:

A solid understanding of core accounting principles and financial operations. Demonstrated ability to execute clean, accurate work under tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
