AP/AR Specialist

Salary: $55,000 base + 10% bonus

Schedule: Full-time | On-site

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior AP/AR Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

* Review and verify invoices and payment requests for accuracy

* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

* Work with sales and vendors to resolve purchase order mismatches

* Generate and send invoices to customers on time

* Follow up on overdue accounts by phone or email

* Apply payments and maintain updated customer records

* Assist with credit checks, packing slips, and inventory adjustments

Qualifications:
