Junior Automobile Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Automobile Engineer to join our service team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers and technicians, monitor vehicle repair progress, and ensure vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and technicians regarding vehicle service progress and repair updates.


• Conduct final inspections of vehicles upon completion of repairs or servicing.


• Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet company quality standards.


• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records.


• Address customer concerns and provide timely service updates.


• Support the service team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.


• Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile service, workshop operations, or a related field.


• Good knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes.


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.


• A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
