We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Captive Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and auditing merchants who utilize our internal credit line. Your primary focus will be ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity in merchant activities. You will play a key role in safeguarding our financial operations and maintaining trust with our merchant partners.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough audits of merchants who use the internal credit line to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Compare and analyze pictures and videos submitted by merchants to validate authenticity and adherence to company standards.
• Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in visual documentation.
• Verify the geographic locations of merchants to ensure alignment with their registered business locations and activities.
• Investigate and address any anomalies or mismatches in location data.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with merchants to address any outstanding issues, discrepancies, or compliance concerns.
• Provide guidance and support to merchants in resolving identified issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of audits, findings, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare reports and summaries for senior management to highlight key insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with internal teams, including finance, compliance, and operations, to ensure a seamless auditing process.

• Relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to compare and evaluate visual and geographic data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for merchant follow-ups.
• Proficiency in using auditing tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• English language is a must and any additional languages are a bonus

The shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
