Position Summary:

enGenius Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented knowledge management analyst to support operations in Huntsville, Alabama.

In this role, the selected candidate will provide administrative and analytical support to IT, Business Development, Security, Contracts and Operations. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn. Strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize documentation repositories in support of ISO 9001, 27001 and 20000 certifications.


• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings ensuring efficient and professional communication and timely follow up.


• Record and update business activities, including meeting notes, action items, calendar updates, to keep teams informed.


• Support the Proposal Team with scheduling, documentation updates, and participation in meetings.


• Update, organize and manage files in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM systems, and other business development tools.


• Perform additional duties or tasks assigned in support of company growth and strategic objectives.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used business software tools.


• Strong writing/documentation/archival skills.


• Ability to independently identify action items, deadlines, and key information from meetings, discussions, and written correspondence.
