Junior Cashier

• Receive and process payments from customers, suppliers, and internal departments (cash, cheque, mobile money)
  


• Issue official receipts and maintain proper documentation of all transactions
  


• Reconcile daily cash collections and prepare bank deposit summaries
  


• Assist in managing petty cash and preparing replenishment reports
  


• Support accounts team with invoice verification and payment tracking
  


• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data and documents
  


• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies
  


• Report any discrepancies or irregularities to the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  


• 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or finance support role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  


• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  


• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
  


• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  


• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  


• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
