Key Responsibilities

? Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate

? Support lease and sales transactions, including market analysis, property tours, and deal

? Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation, contracts, and legal paperwork.

? Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting

commercial real estate.

? Collaborate with senior brokers and leadership on team-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

? 

Active California Real Estate License required.

? 0–2 years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or related field.

? Strong financial acumen with the ability to perform basic real estate financial analyses

independently.

? Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

? Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
