Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (24/7) | 8-hour shifts | 40 hours per week

Relocation Package Includes:

About the Role

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating digital content and advertisements to ensure compliance with platform policies. The position involves reviewing potentially sensitive or explicit material, including content that may contain violence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and moderate user-generated content and advertisements to ensure they align with platform guidelines.
• Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful material while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze content trends and provide insights to enhance trust and safety measures.
• Work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends) to ensure 24/7 content monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and maintain a safe online environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish (C2) and proficient in English (B2+).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with resilience and professionalism.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overnight and weekend hours.
• Prior experience in content moderation or trust & safety roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
