About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Content Writer (with Translation Coordination) to support our CRM and marketing operations across multiple international markets. This role combines creative copywriting with structured communication: you’ll write compliant, engaging CRM content, and also help coordinate localization across translators to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Write and adapt CRM content (email, push, SMS, landing pages) in English for sports and casino campaigns


• Ensure copy is compliant with market regulations and brand guidelines


• Use structured content templates and placeholders, maintaining logical consistency across variants


• Manage communication with freelance/local translators: assign tasks, follow up on deadlines, clarify briefs, ensure formatting and placeholders are respected using special tools


• QA translated content to spot formatting, logic, or placeholder issues before final use


• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to speed up drafting, compliance checks, and content QA


• Review bonus and game mechanics before writing (with the help of demo accounts and team instructions)


• Track task progress in ClickUp and communicate status in shared team channels


• Raise issues proactively, without waiting for others to catch them first

Your expertise to meet the requirements:

• Excellent English writing and editing skills with a clear and concise tone


• Great attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Strong communication skills — especially when clarifying tasks with translators or team members


• Comfortable working with AI tools


• Proven ability to quickly learn and implement market-specific compliance rules


• Basic project coordination mindset: can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines


• Reliable, open to feedback, and comfortable in a dynamic, high-velocity work environment

• Experience coordinating multilingual content projects
