Junior Cost Accountant

Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports for Cavendish Farms. 

Prepare and analyze plant data, financial reports, journal entries, and KPIs

Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze and communicate data

Assist with the creation and upkeep of accounting OIs and other process documentation  

Evaluate current processes and recommend data-driven changes to reduce costs and improve overall profitability and accuracy

Assist with reporting compliance for all internal/external audit requirements

Perform other duties, as assigned

Post Secondary Education in Business or Accounting

1-3 years in accounting

Advanced Excel Knowledge

Accounting designation
