We are seeking a friendly and motivated Junior Customer Service Assistant to support our marketing and client engagement activities. Key Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding, follow-ups, and ongoing communications
• Assist with resolving enquiries and escalating issues when required
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events from a customer service perspective
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
• Provide general administrative and team support
