Join our client as a Junior Dealer at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus! Full training provided and able to choose day only shifts or both day and night shifts.

Your Role:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for staying up to date with global financial markets and managing clients' exposure effectively. Your role will include understanding and implementing best execution policies and procedures, overseeing the reception, transmission, and execution of client orders. You will review client accounts and provide insights on trading activity, ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of the company's systems and trading platforms. Your working schedule will include shift work. To ensure your smooth transition into the role, you will undergo full training for 1,5 months.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep up to date with the global financial markets;
• Monitor clients exposure and manage this exposure;
• Understanding of best execution policies and procedures according to MiFiD II;
• Monitor reception, transmission and execution of clients orders;
• Apply the company's Order Execution Policy;
• Review client accounts and comment on Trading Activity;
• Monitor and ensure the smooth and correct operation of the company's systems and trading platforms.
• Perform daily reports in Excel;

Working schedule:

• Able to choose day shifts only or day and night shifts
• Day and Night Shifts are applicable on a bi-weekly rotational basis (2 weeks per month Day shifts and 2 weeks per month Night shifts)

• Day Shift Week: (8 hours shifts with 15 minutes break)

• Morning shift: 08:00 - 16:00
• Middle shift: 10:00 18:00
• Afternoon shift: 16:00 00:00

**Day shifts will also be on a rotational basis every second week**

• Night Shift Week: (8 hours shift with 15 minutes break):

Night Shift: 00:00 - 08:00

Your profile:

If you are a holder of a University Degree in a related field it will be an advantage. No prior experience is required, but previous experience in a similar role will be a plus as well as Basic or Advanced CySEC certification. A good knowledge of Financial Markets and familiarity with MT4 and MT5 platforms are also beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential. You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and possess an analytical and mathematical mindset. As the successful candidate you should be dynamic and professional with strong attention to detail, someone who can work independently and as part of a team as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or other related field (finance) will be an advantage;
• No experience is required but previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Basic or Advanced CySEC Certification will be considered an advantage;
• MS Office (Excel) is a must;
• Good knowledge of Financial Markets will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 Platform will be considered an advantage;
• Fluency in English both written and orally;
• Analytical & Mathematical mindset;
• Dynamic with strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a highly professional manner;
