Junior Dealer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Fully onsite)

Salary Range: 1600 to 1900 euro gross (x13 instalments) | 20.8K to 24.7K annually 

Rotational Shift schedule: 

1st Week: Morning shift - 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00
2nd Week: Evening shift - 16:00 to 24:00 or 16:30 to 00:30 (next day)
3rd Week: Night shift - 00:00 to 08:00
4th Week:
               - 3 days off (provided by the company - 5 days off in a row including the weekend)
               - 2 supplementary shifts (usually morning but possibly evening) to be covered

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor trading platform operations.
• Stay updated with market news.
• Monitor company exposure and assess risk.
• Follow company dealing procedures.
• Review client accounts and analyze trading activity.
• Identify and report abusive trading behavior.
• Participate in department projects.
• Prepare and analyze reports.

Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge

• At least 1 year experience in a dealing role 
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of MT5 Manager/Client Terminal is advantageous.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work on a shift schedule, including night shifts.

Education:

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• CySEC  certificate would be considered an advantage.
