Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our design team to create engaging and visually appealing graphics for our online training courses and marketing materials. You will be responsible for creating and editing images, designing layouts, and ensuring that all designs align with our brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to create graphics for online training courses and marketing materials

- Design and edit images, icons, and illustrations

- Create layouts for presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials

- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual aesthetic

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure that graphics are relevant and support the learning objectives of our courses

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve our visual content

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a remote setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles and typography

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
