Job Description - (Junior) DevOPS Engineer (all genders)

💼 Your mission – or, in other words: your tasks

You will support the design and implementation of automation build and deployment pipelines.

You will support the operation, development, integration, and automation of Morpheus and NetBox platforms.

You will participate in building and maintaining customer infrastructure on cloud platforms with primary focus on on-prem environments.

You will support internal teams with questions related to Morpheus, NetBox, and general infrastructure topics.

You will contribute to continuous improvement of processes, automation, and documentation.

You will participate in troubleshooting, incident analysis, and operational support under guidance from senior engineers.

🧠 What you bring to the table – besides the desire to make a difference

First hands-on experience or strong interest in build and deployment pipelines (CI/CD)

Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Zabbix, Graylog, or Elastic is a plus

Interest in diagnosing and resolving incidents in production environments

Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Proxmox, or Hyper-V

Fundamental networking knowledge including VLANs, IP addressing, NAT, and routing

Initial experience or strong interest in container technologies and orchestration

Familiarity with Git and GitOps concepts is an advantage

Willingness to collaborate, automate, and continuously improve workflows

Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Motivation to learn, grow, and take ownership in a supportive team environment

Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage
