Are you a visual storyteller? Do you have a passion for graphic design and social media? If so, our team is for you!

We are looking for a creative Associate Digital Content Creator to create and develop visual content for our e-commerce and social media channels. The successful candidate will have previous experience creating content for retailer websites and can either come to our office in Warren, NJ to utilize our photography studio or have an existing in-home setup. A love for social media is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work cross functionally with developers, marketers, and other designers to build a best-in-class & top converting ecommerce platform.
• Understand all components of photography and editing - from creative conceptualization to production execution in the field to editing and final delivery on assigned photo and marketing projects.
• Collaborate with Content & Strategy team peers on all projects to produce high quality photo and marketing deliverables.
• Creates content within established brand guidelines and retailer specifications.
• Editing duties, including use of Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and associated applications.
• Understands and interprets revisions throughout the entire approval process within short time frames.
• Handles elements of post-production, including timeline-based photo manipulation, graphics, color correction, etc.
• Implementing and enforcing a cohesive look and feel across brand’s digital product, including:
  1. Exporting, uploading, and managing assets internally and on external e-commerce platforms.
• Create original content for e-blasts and extended content such as video transition slides, Amazon A+ pages, product banners and brand stores.
• Develop social media content across all brand channels, internally & externally.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of photography experience is required.

• Visual storyteller.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, specifically photo-retouching in Photoshop.
• Familiarity with product photography, primarily taken in-house in our studio room.
• Keen sense of 2D & 3D product layouts.

• Thorough knowledge of thumb-stopping Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter content.

• Strong research and analytical skillset.
• Background and knowledge of ecommerce and web design a plus.
• Ability to work with fast-paced deadlines.
• High energy, strong work ethic and driven.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated team player, eager to get hands-on, hungry to learn.
• Openness to accept constructive critique, push the boundaries, and try something new!
