The heart of the role
• 2nd Level Support & 3rd Level Coordination:
Single point of contact for country purchase organizations / operational buyers – handling written requests, incidents, and system-related issues, troubleshooting across procurement and connected backend systems, and coordinating 3rd-level topics with external tool providers (ticket creation, follow-up, testing, and communication with country stakeholders).
• Answering all written requests and problems
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting in case of incidents/problems
• Editing / Handling of purchase order baskets with defects in all backends
• Master Data Management (enhancement of master data, e.g., GL accounts; adaptations or customizing of master data, e.g., class – GL account mappings)
• User Management (user generation / modification / deletion)
• Support in Rollout projects (master data generation in test systems, etc.)
