Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to fill the role of Junior Estimator. Working closely with our Senior Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate cost estimates and maintaining budgetary constraints for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Senior Estimator to analyze project specifications and prepare precise cost estimates.
Utilize estimating software to calculate material, labor, and equipment costs.
Research and gather data on material prices and subcontractor bids.
Assist in developing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Participate in site visits and meetings to understand project requirements.
Prepare and present cost estimates and proposals to clients.
Support the Senior Estimator in reviewing contracts and project documents.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of construction industry experience, preferably in estimating.
Proficiency in reading construction blueprints and specifications.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
